Local Heroes Regions

 

The Kiwibank Local Heroes Awards celebrate one national winner at the Gala Awards Presentation Dinner annually in February. This Award also recognises Local Heroes at a regional level by awarding up to 250 Kiwibank Local Heroes medals in 25 regions across New Zealand. Kiwibank Local Heroes medallists are announced in October each year are presented medals at special ceremonies in 12 locations the following March.
